Williamson County Executive Committee Meeting
The Williamson County Executive Committee meets monthly to conduct its business and develop initiatives to Keep Wilco Red.
Our July meeting will feature a presentation from Vanessa Sivadge, President of Protecting Texas Children. About Vanessa and her mission:
PTC President Vanessa Sivadge is a seasoned pediatric nurse who is trained to provide medical care and look after the well-being of children. Vanessa was thrust into the controversial world of gender ideology when she made the courageous decision to expose Texas Children’s Hospital for illegally using Medicaid funds for cross-sex hormone treatments and transgender procedures for minors. As a result, she was dismissed from Texas Children’s Hospital, questioned by the FBI, and intimidated by left-wing media.
However, Vanessa has remained steadfast. Her collaboration with journalist Christopher Rufo in 2024 brought crucial attention to the unethical practices she uncovered. Vanessa’s commitment to upholding a Biblical perspective on gender and sexuality, her knowledge and experience as a medical professional, and her devotion to the health and well-being of all children make her well-suited for her role as President of Protecting Texas Children.
Vanessa founded PTC because she was passionate about confronting these vital issues. Through her leadership, she continues to advocate for a future where every child can grow in a safe, nurturing environment free from radical gender ideologies. Empowered and resolute, Vanessa actively engages with communities across Texas, aiming to inspire collective action and foster positive legislative changes to protect the next generation of Texans.
