SUMMARY:Williamson County Executive Committee Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Williamson County Executive Committee meets monthly to conduct its business and develop initiatives to Keep Wilco Red.  \nOur July meeting will feature a presentation from Vanessa Sivadge\, President of Protecting Texas Children. About Vanessa and her mission: \nPTC President Vanessa Sivadge is a seasoned pediatric nurse who is trained to provide medical care and look after the well-being of children. Vanessa was thrust into the controversial world of gender ideology when she made the courageous decision to expose Texas Children’s Hospital for illegally using Medicaid funds for cross-sex hormone treatments and transgender procedures for minors. As a result\, she was dismissed from Texas Children’s Hospital\, questioned by the FBI\, and intimidated by left-wing media. \nHowever\, Vanessa has remained steadfast. Her collaboration with journalist Christopher Rufo in 2024 brought crucial attention to the unethical practices she uncovered. Vanessa’s commitment to upholding a Biblical perspective on gender and sexuality\, her knowledge and experience as a medical professional\, and her devotion to the health and well-being of all children make her well-suited for her role as President of Protecting Texas Children.  \nVanessa founded PTC because she was passionate about confronting these vital issues. Through her leadership\, she continues to advocate for a future where every child can grow in a safe\, nurturing environment free from radical gender ideologies. Empowered and resolute\, Vanessa actively engages with communities across Texas\, aiming to inspire collective action and foster positive legislative changes to protect the next generation of Texans.

SUMMARY:Williamson County Executive Committee Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Williamson County Executive Committee meets monthly to conduct its business and develop initiatives to Keep Wilco Red.  \nOur August meeting will feature a presentation from Chris McNutt\, President of Texas Gun Rights. About Chris and the work of TXGR: \nSince joining Texas Gun Rights in 2016 and becoming President in 2023\, McNutt has emerged as one of the most outspoken and effective advocates for restoring and protecting the right to keep and bear arms in Texas. Under his leadership\, Texas Gun Rights has mobilized grassroots gun owners across the state to hold politicians accountable and advance pro-gun reforms. \nMcNutt played a key role in the years-long fight to pass Constitutional Carry\, culminating in the signing of HB 1927 in 2021\, which restored the right of law-abiding Texans to carry a handgun without a permit. He also helped lead the charge to ban “red flag” gun confiscation orders\, resulting in the passage of SB 1362 in 2025\, preventing Texas courts from enforcing unconstitutional gun confiscation schemes. \nKnown for his willingness to challenge political insiders\, McNutt has repeatedly taken on powerful figures who he believes threaten the Second Amendment. In 2019\, he emerged victorious from a high-profile confrontation with then-Texas House Speaker Dennis Bonnen\, and he has been a leading critic of U.S. Senator John Cornyn’s support for federal gun control measures including the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act and expansion of the federal NICS gun registry. \nDuring McNutt’s tenure\, Texas Gun Rights has also achieved major legal victories. The organization has helped challenge unconstitutional federal regulations imposed by the Biden Administration\, including the ATF’s attempted ban on pistol stabilizing braces and its effort to classify forced reset triggers as machine guns.

SUMMARY:Williamson County Executive Committee Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Williamson County Executive Committee meets monthly to conduct its business and develop initiatives to Keep Wilco Red.  \nOur August meeting will feature a presentation from Krista Schild\, Texas Director for RAIR FOUNDATION. About Krista and the work of RAIR: \nRAIR Foundation USA (Rise • Align • Ignite • Reclaim) is a grassroots activist and investigative journalism organization made up of everyday Americans leading a movement to reclaim our Republic from the network of individuals and organizations waging war on our nation — on our Constitution\, our borders\, and our Judeo-Christian values. \nRAIR is an integrated media platform amplifying the voices of the silent majority\, while informing the citizenry of the daily assaults on freedom and fostering grassroots leaders and activists in order to combat the threats from Islamic supremacists\, radical leftists and their allies. \nUsing RAIR’s “Four Pillar” strategy of Education\, Community\, Action and Coalition; RAIR’s grassroots-based approach empowers citizens to neutralize these attacks on their communities. \nRAIR’s bottom-up approach to neutralizing the attacks on our liberties has the potential to shift the power back to the citizens. RAIR will document the activities of key subversive players that currently enjoy little scrutiny in the current media landscape\, exposing their activities and creating strategies to counter them. RAIR will unleash unprecedented citizen activism and cultivate community leaders\, filling a gaping void in the movement for liberty. \nKrista has represented both Denton County and Hunt County at the Republican State Convention as a delegate. She also served as a Board member for Frisco Conservatives\, now Texas Conservatives\, which provides both prayer and boots on the ground support for legislative priorities at the Texas Capitol. Krista was also a candidate for Texas State Representative for HD2\, in the special election in 2023.  \nKrista has served in numerous roles to inform the truth about our liberties through Education on America’s Founding Principles and exposing the threats of Sharia and Marxist Organizations. She also speaks on how to build teams at the local level to identify and target them. \nShe carries her life based on Judeo-Christian values and her God-given mandate to stand for the Constitution and be a voice for the People. She has served as a Staff Pastor\, as well as a Prayer Leader and Government Intercessory Alliance member. She and her husband\, Jeff\, have been married for over 35 years\, and have built successful construction contracting businesses. They are proud parents of 3 grown sons\, all apprentice electricians.
