DESCRIPTION:EWCR is excited to announce that their guest speaker is going to be Jeff Mashburn\, founder of the  Texas Conservative Alliance.  Over the past eighteen years Mr. Mashburn has worked tirelessly to expose fraud and corruption  related to energy contracting in local government entities in Texas. He has encouraged and helped everyday normal citizens to become involved in the process of self-government\, and to hold all elected leaders accountable to the people that elected them to serve.   More recently\, he has focused his efforts on bringing to light the corruption present in the Texas education system through personal interactions and at his website\,  commonsenselaw.org. Jeff will speak about the perils of Chapter 313 agreements\, zeroing in on the ones that our local officials signed with Samsung Semiconductor. This is a crucial topic that directly impacts our community\, and we encourage you to attend to learn more about these agreements and their implications.
